It is said that the first step of any process is awareness, which then opens up the door for learning, developing, and making changes. The body, mind, and spirit is more than just a term, and it greatly transcends the connotation that the word "new age" brings. There is nothing new about awareness of the interrelation our body, mind and spirit has within our own selves, and with everyone else. Most of the ancient arts and civilizations have developed advanced systems of healing and spirituality that we are just beginning to rediscover.
How do we begin our journey?.... and how do we learn more?
Attending a holistic expo is one avenue we have available to us. It gives us the opportunity to sample, browse, interact, immerse, and play. The holistic exposition is becoming a popular venue for the body, mind and spirit community.
